- The Early Childhood Education Council is a Special Subject Council affiliated with the Saskatchewan Teacher’s Federation. Its purpose is to promote more informed early childhood educators in the province of Saskatchewan. Anyone with a professional interest in early childhood education is eligible to become a member.
- Members receive issues of our journal & online newsletter, VENTURE FORTH, as well as conference and workshop information provincially, and locally.
- ECEC hosts an annual fall conference. Our conference brings delegates from all over the province together to share ideas and fellowship. Professional and student materials make the conference a valuable experience for all early childhood educators.
- The ECEC has 6 local organizations throughout the province, which provide their local teachers with valuable in-services and information. Please indicate which local you wish to receive information from.
- Our membership year begins with the Fall Journal. It is an evergreen membership. Memberships are $25.00/year or $15.00 for students.
